The Birth of happy on fruit

My name is Rhiannon Griffin. I am a 27 year old single, home-educating Mother, living a high fruit, low fat raw vegan lifestyle in England, UK.
Since going raw in March 2015 I went on a huge journey of self discovery.

As my body healed with my nutritious new lifestyle, I began doing intense inner work such as forgiveness and self acceptance exercises. 
With these inner work exercises, the high fruit raw vegan diet and a few other alternative/natural healing protocols, I have transformed myself away from a life of Bulimia, weight issues, insecurities and hopelessness.
I know now that I am always lovable. That I am always enough. That life loves me and that I can do anything.
And this is what I want to help others realise too!
And this is why I created my Happiness and Raw Food Programes, to share the secrets of my transformation.

After trying and failing with so many techniques and lifestyles, I want to teach others and their families the things that finally actually worked!

The purpose of my business is not to create clients for life.
I want to teach you how to heal yourself. And how to love and nourish yourself with the techniques I have learnt. So you can go off and feel the freedom and love of life that I do, all on your own.
(Although most of my clients end up as friends so you may not be completely rid of me.) 

Kids Worksheets all ready for me to teach a Family Happiness Workshop on Forgiveness.

I now coach people online and in person about raw food and happiness.
I have a coaching service on how to succeed on and/or incorporate a Raw Vegan lifestyle.
I teach a separate course called The Happiness Programme, which includes 11 techniques to overcome emotional issues. These include healing the inner child, gratitude, trust, forgiveness and more!
And I also have a child's version of The Happiness Programme which I teach as a workshop, for families.
I currently have two Kids Happiness Workshop groups on Monday and Friday Afternoons, and I also do personal sessions for families in the privacy of their own homes.

Both the Adult and Children's Happiness Programmes will be available as online courses to download very soon!

I have also started writing the Happy on Fruit recipe book and plan on starting my Happy, Healthy, Ethical Parenting Book soon too!

A little More About me

If someone had said to me, at any time before 2014, that I was going to be here, writing an "About me" Section for a website that I built, for a business that I own and run, I wouldn't have believed them!
(I bet if the you'd known m12108862_10154178704208690_2485781965977553529_ne then you wouldn't have believed them either.)

For even as recently as back in early 2014 I wasn't the same person I am today.

I was in the grips of an eating disorder which had plagued my life since my teenage years.
I had so much self doubt, fear and guilt.
I was 2 stone heavier and had health issues too. My digestive problems being a main one, where my tummy I would just embarrassingly bloat out after I ate anything.
I desperately wanted to love myself, I just didn't know how.
I wanted to be a strong role model for my daughter to look up to.
To be the healthy and happy mother that my daughter deserved to have; and that I deserved to be.
I had tried so many different ways of eating but they had all left me overfed and undernourished.
This only fueled my bulimia and made me even more confused and unhappy.

It all began to change when I became Vegan in September 2014.
I watched a documentary called "Vegucated" which had me crying at the screen at the way animals are treated for humans to eat and use.
It was then that I decided I didn't want to be part of it anymore.
From the Vegan lifestyle I  found the Raw Food way of eating.
And in March 2014 I began to eat a low fat, high fruit raw diet.
And this is where I really found myself...
